We understand that there are times where you have made the wrong purchase that is why we offer 14 days money back guaranteed, provided that the products be returned in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the product, if any of the product is opened or damaged in any way, we cannot accept returns.
In an event that the product was "dead on arrival" or damage in anyway on arrival, an undamaged one would be sent, freight free. You will however need to return the damage product back to "Xpos Australia Pty Ltd" P O BOX 771 Chester Hill N.S.W 2162.
When a refund is being issued, please note that the shipping cost plus 15% commission fee (15% of the total purchase) would be deducted from the ordered amount.
